To begin the process, we offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can discuss your options and establish if we can meet your expectations.
If you decide to proceed after the initial consultation, we will then agree on a budget and parameters so that your needs can be met. At this point, a contract/service agreement will be issued and a retention fee of £500 will be required. Once the payment has been received a client file will then be created. Money laundering checks will also be completed.
Once a suitable property has been sourced, we will assist with the purchase progression and also arrange legal and financing (if required). Once the contracts are ready to be exchanged, the remainder of the fee balance will be required to complete the agreement.
Fees:

If you would like to have Neil Briggs act on your behalf, the following fees will be required:
